The Administrative Assistant - Data & Research performs research, marketing and client support activities for the President and CEO of XCEO, Dr. Curtis J. Crawford and the sales and marketing teams.

Job Description:

This part-time, virtual position is perfect for someone looking to be an integral part of a smaller organization which provides a great learning and growth opportunity. Working directly with senior leaders within the C-Suite, boards of directors and high-aspiration individuals, this role will be critical to enhancing the professional mentoring programs.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Mining and categorizing XCEO data
  • Conducting internet research
  • Word processing
  • Support marketing and sales functions
  • Facilitating the data used in XCEO content sent out to current and prospective clients

Job Description:

  • Research for client meetings and governance webinars & events
  • Maintain records, editing support and contributing ideas for serving clients
  • Takes notes, writes summaries of calls/visits and provides them to clients
  • Helps support new client sourcing
  • Administrative support in scheduling meetings, phone calls, providing background information and preparing for sales and client calls
  • Research various governance subject matter for the contribution to our XCEO Newsletter, XCEO INK

The Program Director, Board Recruiting Services is a virtual, part-time role that performs customer support activities for the XCEO team. A critical part of our board recruiting services, this role will be instrumental to the A-Z delivery of our comprehensive board search process.

In this recruiting role, you will be responsible for helping our clients utilize our proprietary tools to determine the skills, experiences and attributes desired for candidates. You will also be in charge of finding and communicating with numerous candidates, recording important information and helping to shape the list of high-potential, good and interesting candidates to be presented to the client. You will present information to the client, absorb feedback and follow up with candidates. Finally, you will be part of the conversion of candidates into next steps, including those who are selected and who will then be part of the XCEO On-Boarding program.

This role requires a tremendous aptitude for searching for candidates and representing the XCEO brand in a suitable manner. Confidentiality is essential and this will be a high-stakes, demanding environment of the most professional manner.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering product/informational webinars for current and prospective clients
  • Conducting internet research in order to find and communicate with candidates

The Inside Sales Representative - Board Portal Services or Inside Sales Representative - is a part-time management level positions that report directly to the President and CEO of the company. You will sell one of two of our products for board of directors: Either BoardPortal PLUS® offering or Directors & Officers (D&O) Independence Questionnaire (IQ) Review. This is a part-time, highly-leveraged opportunity where you will earn 100% of all sales you make.

BoardPortal PLUS® is a communication, document management and assessment platform which helps public, nonprofit and community directors and boards enhance their effectiveness, communicate as well as meet any externally-imposed regulations. Board Portal PLUS® is a competitive product which is already being sold and can be integrated into many markets. Our cutting-edge portal is far superior to our competitors' portals and offers boards the ability to communicate, set meetings, securely review documents and answer polls. It has iPad and Android apps and can be used via the telephone.

The D&O IQ Review is an independence requirement solution for publicly traded boards. This product substantially reduces the time and costs associated with this Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirement. It is one of our fastest growing product markets and we need additional help delivering this message to prospects.
