The XCEO Network & Ambassadors
Networking is an important component of a
successful personal career development plan. A well executed networking plan
will provide opportunities to meet and engage in constructive dialog with
persons who can influence your career advancement.
However, all
networks are certainly not equal. There are many different ways to network
with potential partners, customers and prospective employers, and they can vary
quite significantly.
You can elect to attend a dinner, on one of the many "rubber chicken
circuits", with several hundred other eager guests, seeking an opportunity, by
chance, to meet someone important. On the other end of the scale, you could be
invited to a private luncheon and meet someone who has a particular interest in
your background.
At XCEO, Inc., we believe "Whom you know is often far less important than who
knows you"! We work to balance both approaches.
XCEO Ambassadors
At XCEO, Inc., we also believe extreme personal
leadership (XPL) is the foundation for success. In our pursuit of
excellence, we seek to identify individuals who substantially demonstrate our
philosophy. These individuals represent our passion for leadership. We
affectionately refer to them as XPL Ambassadors.
Some of the persons included in our XPL Ambassador program
are XCEO partners…others have no direct relationship with us. However, each
person is recognized for achieving substantial professional success, and
represents at least one of the fundamental principles of our extreme personal
leadership values.
