Self-Paced Professional Mentoring

At XCEO, we want to ensure your satisfaction and provide you the most effective professional mentoring experience. If you would like to purchase the Self-Paced Professional Mentoring Program, please visit the XCEO Store. If you have already purchased the program, please reference the following as our recommended step-by-step process for completing your program:
  1.     XCEO will be notified when your mentoring package is delivered. Within 72 hours of delivery you will receive an authorization email containing a link to register for our online career assessment tools.
   
  2.     Register for the online career assessment tools.*
   
  3.     Read Corporate Rise (and Compliance & Conviction if you are in the Gold or Gold Plus Program) at your own pace. The other steps of the program can be completed concurrently.
   
  4.     Complete at least one cycle through the online career assessment tools.
   
  5.     Complete Career Assessment.
   
  6.     Complete Career Profile.
   
  7. Schedule your Mentoring Session.
   
  8. Complete your Mentoring Session.**

 


* Registration & Your Status Code

Within 72-hours of package delivery, an authorization email will be sent to you containing a link that will direct you to the online career assessment tools registration. We recommend you register for access to the tools at this time. If you do not register within 90 days of your date of purchase, access to the online tools is voided. On the registration page, a Status Code will be provided. This code allows you to access the online career assessment tools.
