Curriculum Summary - Self-Paced Professional Mentoring

The Self-Paced Professional Mentoring (SPM) Program includes some of the content that is included in our other mentoring programs. It is important to note that SPM does not include access to our XCEO Modules, as this is an introductory program. Please see below for a description of the tools that are provided as a part of this program and the differences in the program options.

Professional Mentoring Sessions

Silver: A member of the XCEO team will provide a one half-hour mentoring session over the phone or via the internet, regarding any professional career advancement issues.

Gold: A member of the XCEO team will provide a one-hour mentoring session via phone, internet, or in-person, regarding any professional career advancement issues.

XCEO Publications

Silver: Clients receive a copy of Corporate Rise: The X Principles of Extreme Personal Leadership.

Gold: Clients receive a copy of Corporate Rise: The X Principles of Extreme Personal Leadership, Compliance & Conviction: The Evolution of Enlightened Corporate Governance and a copy of Manager’s Guide to Mentoring.

XPL Principles Analysis® & Stakeholder Support Analysis®

Silver: Clients receive access to the online XPL Principles Analysis and XPL Stakeholder Support Analysis a total of 3 times during the 3-month access period that begins the day they register for the tools.

Gold: Clients receive access to the online XPL Principles Analysis and XPL Stakeholder Support Analysis a total of 10 times during the 9-month access period that begins the day they register for the tools.

360° Feedback Exercises

Silver: Clients receive access to the online 360° Feedback Exercise a total of 2 times during the 3-month access period. Both exercises will allow them to invite 4-6 individuals to evaluate their level of leadership performance and stakeholder support.

Gold: Clients receive access to the online 360° Feedback Exercise a total of 5 times during the 9-month access period. Each exercise will allow them to invite 4-6 individuals to evaluate their level of leadership performance and stakeholder support.

Personal Career Plan

Silver: Clients develop a 45-day action-oriented XPL Macro-Career Plan.

Gold: Clients develop a 45-day action-oriented XPL Micro-Career Plan and construct a 90-day strategic personal development plan.

Professional Career Assessment

Silver and Gold: Clients receive a professional career evaluation based on their responses provided on the XCEO Career Assessment.

XCEO Career Profile

Silver and Gold: Clients construct an XCEO Career Profile that will allow our team to evaluate their career progression and provide feedback given their current professional position and career aspirations.

Additional Mentoring & Analyses Feedback

Silver and Gold: Clients may elect to upgrade to the Gold Plus Program for an additional cost. The Gold Plus Program includes additional analysis & mentoring support (one-hour), and the program is extended from 9 months to one year.

Affiliate Networking Program

Silver and Gold: Clients have the opportunity to be invited to participate in our Affiliate Networking Program which will highlight them on our corporate website as “Who to Watch for” Extreme Personal Leaders.
