Directorship Institute - The Directorship Institute is an effective combination of branding, networking, publishing, events and other activities determined to be beneficial regarding your positioning and readiness for board service.
Risk Oversight Module - Risk oversight, review processes and policies, literature and evaluation will be provided. This module will identify, classify, prioritize and report risk issues affecting you and your board.
Individual Assessment Exercises - For your own personal use, you will have access to the Enlightened Corporate Governance Director Evaluation Program on-line exercises, including the directorSPHERE® Individual Assessment.

Professional Mentoring

Structured Mentoring - Meetings between you and our staff will be held once per quarter, for one hour.
On-Demand Mentoring - You may call the program directors with questions regarding our offerings, scheduling, career objectives, concerns or any issues surrounding board work and career goals.
XPL Principles Analysis® & Stakeholder Support Analysis® - You will have access to the online XPL Principles Analysis & XPL Stakeholder Support Analysis.

Search for Development

Resources - You will receive an XCEO Resume and XCEO Career Profile which will be included in our candidate compilation book given to prospective boards.
XCEO Network - If desired, you may become an XCEO Ambassador. XCEO Ambassadors are featured on our website and are invited to become part of our XCEO INK newsletter by contributing content.
Positioning - XCEO will make targeted proposals to relevant and interested boards on your behalf. The extensive XCEO network allows us to distribute your information to parties who are able to assist you in achieving your goals.
