Dr.Dalili has started his cooperation with Xceo from 2003 as a consultant. Fred’s strong belief in Xceo’s Vision and Mission has convinced him to continue his close relationship with this start up but significant organization. During this valuable journey, Fred has learned a lot and simultaneously has contributed to the advancement of this unique organization.
