Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative - Board Portal Services or Inside Sales Representative - is a part-time management level positions that report directly to the President and CEO of the company. You will sell one of two of our products for board of directors: Either BoardPortal PLUS® offering or Directors & Officers (D&O) Independence Questionnaire (IQ) Review. This is a part-time, highly-leveraged opportunity where you will earn 100% of all sales you make.

BoardPortal PLUS® is a communication, document management and assessment platform which helps public, nonprofit and community directors and boards enhance their effectiveness, communicate as well as meet any externally-imposed regulations. Board Portal PLUS® is a competitive product which is already being sold and can be integrated into many markets. Our cutting-edge portal is far superior to our competitors' portals and offers boards the ability to communicate, set meetings, securely review documents and answer polls. It has iPad and Android apps and can be used via the telephone.

The D&O IQ Review is an independence requirement solution for publicly traded boards. This product substantially reduces the time and costs associated with this Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirement. It is one of our fastest growing product markets and we need additional help delivering this message to prospects.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • High volume cold calling
  • Consultative selling
  • Market development
  • Basic market research
  • Developing new sales and marketing leads
  • Developing content for client presentations and follow-up
  • Communicating directly with client corporate officers and directors

Qualifications:
